Citrus cartomizer E-Cigarette in Cyprus: the flat shortlist — Ilektronikosigaretocyprus
Citrus in Cyprus: 23 units tested over 3 weeks, cartomizer formats, priced per 10 ml for Cyprus.
How to tell a good cartomizer from a repack
Citrus prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Cyprus that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within €3.25 per 10 ml.
Citrus sounds like one product. It is not: a cartomizer running 20 mg/mL will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
Below is the run we did for this search: 23 units, cartomizer, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a citrus cartomizer really costs in Cyprus
A citrus cartomizer from the flat-rate options in Cyprus costs about €3.25 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested citrus in a cartomizer
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–8 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Cyprus, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every citrus bottle shipped into Cyprus.
- Coil type inside the cartomizer, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Batch code and production date, so a citrus bottle turned in 3 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Cyprus, not a suggestion.
Where citrus goes wrong
- Mixing citrus with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Buying the cheapest cartomizer available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Ignoring the batch date on a cartomizer and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
The rules that apply here
Cyprus applies EU TPD plus a consumption tax on e-liquid volume.
