Citrus 30 ml shortfill E-Cigarette in Cyprus: the best shortlist — Ilektronikosigaretocyprus
Citrus in Cyprus: 16 units tested over 4 weeks, 30 ml shortfill formats, priced per 10 ml for Cyprus.
How to tell a good 30 ml shortfill from a repack
A citrus 30 ml shortfill from the best options in Cyprus costs about €3.39 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Citrus 30 ml shortfill reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 16 units and 4 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
The short version: citrus in Cyprus works if the 30 ml shortfill, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a citrus 30 ml shortfill really costs in Cyprus
We run citrus the same way in Cyprus: same 30 ml shortfill, same 4 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested citrus in a 30 ml shortfill
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Cyprus, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–8 business days.
- Batch code and production date, so a citrus bottle turned in 4 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Stock depth: 16 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every citrus bottle shipped into Cyprus.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 4–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where citrus goes wrong
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Chasing a discount on a 30 ml shortfill that then needs an adapter nobody in Cyprus stocks.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why citrus tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here
Cyprus applies EU TPD plus a consumption tax on e-liquid volume.
Retail sales in Cyprus sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should citrus start at?
Start at whatever Cyprus allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a 30 ml shortfill.
Can I order E-Cigarette online in Cyprus?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 4–8 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On citrus the budget price and the premium price can sit within €3.39 per 10 ml once 4–8 business days is counted.
