Caramel vape pen E-Cigarette in Cyprus: the budget shortlist — Ilektronikosigaretocyprus
Caramel in Cyprus: 9 units tested over 5 weeks, vape pen formats, priced per 10 ml for Cyprus.
Where buyers go wrong with caramel in Cyprus
The honest read on caramel: 9 units through the same routine over 5 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
Caramel in a vape pen is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Cyprus the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
If you only read one line: the vape pen you buy decides how long caramel tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a caramel vape pen really costs in Cyprus
Caramel sounds like one product. It is not: a vape pen running 20 mg/mL will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
How we tested caramel in a vape pen
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Cyprus, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Pick the vape pen that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 4–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a vape pen arrives sealed but wrong.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Cyprus, not a suggestion.
Where caramel goes wrong
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Cyprus accept nicotine freight.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why caramel tastes flat after two days.

Frequently asked questions
Why does caramel taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the vape pen units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the caramel blend itself harsh.
Is caramel legal to sell in Cyprus?
Cyprus applies EU TPD plus a consumption tax on e-liquid volume.
What nicotine strength should caramel start at?
Start at whatever Cyprus allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a vape pen.
