Caramel starter kit E-Cigarette in Cyprus: the price shortlist — Ilektronikosigaretocyprus
Caramel in Cyprus: 22 units tested over 4 weeks, starter kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Cyprus.
Choosing a starter kit for caramel
Caramel in Cyprus reaches the shelf in starter kit formats, and the value ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
Caramel prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Cyprus that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within €1.93 per 10 ml.
The short version: caramel in Cyprus works if the starter kit, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a caramel starter kit really costs in Cyprus
Caramel starter kit reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 22 units and 4 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested caramel in a starter kit
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Cyprus, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the starter kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Cyprus, not a suggestion.
- Batch code and production date, so a caramel bottle turned in 4 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 4–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where caramel goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a starter kit and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long caramel in Cyprus survives.
- Chasing a discount on a starter kit that then needs an adapter nobody in Cyprus stocks.
The rules that apply here
Cyprus applies EU TPD plus a consumption tax on e-liquid volume. Shipping of nicotine to Cyprus runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Wholesale lines to Cyprus need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
