Caramel prefilled pod E-Cigarette in Cyprus: the review shortlist — Ilektronikosigaretocyprus
Caramel in Cyprus: 16 units tested over 4 weeks, prefilled pod formats, priced per 10 ml for Cyprus.
Where buyers go wrong with caramel in Cyprus
We run caramel the same way in Cyprus: same prefilled pod, same 4 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
Ordering into Cyprus usually means waiting 4–8 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
The short version: caramel in Cyprus works if the prefilled pod, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a caramel prefilled pod really costs in Cyprus
The honest read on caramel: 16 units through the same routine over 4 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
How we tested caramel in a prefilled pod
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–8 business days.
- Pick the prefilled pod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Cyprus, not a suggestion.
- Stock depth: 16 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Spare parts availability for prefilled pod in Cyprus, since tanks and pods go first.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where caramel goes wrong
- Treating the advertised €37 entry kit as the real cost when refills run €2.92 per 10 ml.
- Ignoring the batch date on a prefilled pod and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
The rules that apply here
Cyprus applies EU TPD plus a consumption tax on e-liquid volume.
Retail sales in Cyprus sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should caramel start at?
Start at whatever Cyprus allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a prefilled pod.
Why does caramel taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the prefilled pod units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the caramel blend itself harsh.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On caramel the budget price and the premium price can sit within €2.92 per 10 ml once 4–8 business days is counted.
