What caramel costs in Cyprus

Ordering into Cyprus usually means waiting 4–8 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.

The honest read on caramel: 19 units through the same routine over 8 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.

If you only read one line: the pen device you buy decides how long caramel tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.

What a caramel pen device really costs in Cyprus

If you are looking at caramel in Cyprus, the first question is not strength. It is whether the pen device you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.

How we tested caramel in a pen device

1. Choose strength against the ceiling in Cyprus, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
2. Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
3. Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.

• Spare parts availability for pen device in Cyprus, since tanks and pods go first.
• Batch code and production date, so a caramel bottle turned in 8 weeks ago is not sold as new.
• Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every caramel bottle shipped into Cyprus.
• Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.

Where caramel goes wrong

• Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why caramel tastes flat after two days.
• Buying the cheapest pen device available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
• Ignoring the batch date on a pen device and discovering the listed price was for old stock.

The rules that apply here

Cyprus applies EU TPD plus a consumption tax on e-liquid volume.
