Caramel pen device E-Cigarette in Cyprus: the guide shortlist — Ilektronikosigaretocyprus
Caramel in Cyprus: 24 units tested over 2 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Cyprus.
Delivery, returns and what 4–8 business days really means
Caramel pen device reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 24 units and 2 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
We run caramel the same way in Cyprus: same pen device, same 2 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
Below is the run we did for this search: 24 units, pen device, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a caramel pen device really costs in Cyprus
Caramel in Cyprus reaches the shelf in pen device formats, and the starter ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
How we tested caramel in a pen device
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–8 business days.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Batch code and production date, so a caramel bottle turned in 2 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Cyprus, not a suggestion.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 4–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where caramel goes wrong
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long caramel in Cyprus survives.
- Chasing a discount on a pen device that then needs an adapter nobody in Cyprus stocks.
- Treating the advertised €50 entry kit as the real cost when refills run €2.11 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Cyprus applies EU TPD plus a consumption tax on e-liquid volume. Shipping of nicotine to Cyprus runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
