Caramel cartomizer E-Cigarette in Cyprus: the wholesale shortlist — Ilektronikosigaretocyprus
Caramel in Cyprus: 7 units tested over 5 weeks, cartomizer formats, priced per 10 ml for Cyprus.
Choosing a cartomizer for caramel
Caramel in Cyprus reaches the shelf in cartomizer formats, and the bulk ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
Caramel prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Cyprus that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within €2.08 per 10 ml.
The short version: caramel in Cyprus works if the cartomizer, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a caramel cartomizer really costs in Cyprus
Caramel sounds like one product. It is not: a cartomizer running 20 mg/mL will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
How we tested caramel in a cartomizer
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–8 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Cyprus, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every caramel bottle shipped into Cyprus.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 4–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Coil type inside the cartomizer, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Batch code and production date, so a caramel bottle turned in 5 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where caramel goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a cartomizer and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why caramel tastes flat after two days.
- Treating the advertised €39 entry kit as the real cost when refills run €2.08 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Cyprus sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Cyprus applies EU TPD plus a consumption tax on e-liquid volume. Shipping of nicotine to Cyprus runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
Why does caramel taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the cartomizer units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the caramel blend itself harsh.
Can I order E-Cigarette online in Cyprus?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 4–8 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
What nicotine strength should caramel start at?
Start at whatever Cyprus allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a cartomizer.
