Caramel cartomizer E-Cigarette in Cyprus: the review shortlist — Ilektronikosigaretocyprus
Caramel in Cyprus: 21 units tested over 9 weeks, cartomizer formats, priced per 10 ml for Cyprus.
What caramel costs in Cyprus
If you are looking at caramel in Cyprus, the first question is not strength. It is whether the cartomizer you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
Caramel prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Cyprus that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within €2.57 per 10 ml.
Below is the run we did for this search: 21 units, cartomizer, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a caramel cartomizer really costs in Cyprus
Caramel sounds like one product. It is not: a cartomizer running 20 mg/mL will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
How we tested caramel in a cartomizer
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Cyprus, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Pick the cartomizer that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a cartomizer arrives sealed but wrong.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Batch code and production date, so a caramel bottle turned in 9 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Cyprus, not a suggestion.
Where caramel goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a cartomizer that then needs an adapter nobody in Cyprus stocks.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Cyprus accept nicotine freight.
The rules that apply here

Frequently asked questions
Can I order E-Cigarette online in Cyprus?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 4–8 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
Why does caramel taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the cartomizer units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the caramel blend itself harsh.
How long does caramel in a cartomizer last?
In Cyprus we measured 9 to 21 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
