If you only read one line: the cartomizer you buy decides how long caramel tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.

What a caramel cartomizer really costs in Cyprus

Caramel cartomizer reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 14 units and 8 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.

How we tested caramel in a cartomizer

1. Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–8 business days.
2. Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
3. Pick the cartomizer that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.

• Returns window and who pays return postage when a cartomizer arrives sealed but wrong.
• Spare parts availability for cartomizer in Cyprus, since tanks and pods go first.
• A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
• Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.

Where caramel goes wrong

• Ignoring the batch date on a cartomizer and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
• Treating the advertised €38 entry kit as the real cost when refills run €2.69 per 10 ml.
• Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long caramel in Cyprus survives.

The rules that apply here

Retail sales in Cyprus sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Cyprus applies EU TPD plus a consumption tax on e-liquid volume.
