Caramel box mod E-Cigarette in Cyprus: the order shortlist — Ilektronikosigaretocyprus
Caramel in Cyprus: 13 units tested over 5 weeks, box mod formats, priced per 10 ml for Cyprus.
What the label on Caramel is allowed to say
Caramel prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Cyprus that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within €3.12 per 10 ml.
The honest read on caramel: 13 units through the same routine over 5 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
Below is the run we did for this search: 13 units, box mod, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a caramel box mod really costs in Cyprus
Caramel sounds like one product. It is not: a box mod running 20 mg/mL will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
How we tested caramel in a box mod
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Cyprus, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Pick the box mod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–8 business days.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every caramel bottle shipped into Cyprus.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Cyprus, not a suggestion.
- Batch code and production date, so a caramel bottle turned in 5 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where caramel goes wrong
- Mixing caramel with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Treating the advertised €59 entry kit as the real cost when refills run €3.12 per 10 ml.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Cyprus accept nicotine freight.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for caramel in Cyprus must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Cyprus applies EU TPD plus a consumption tax on e-liquid volume. Shipping of nicotine to Cyprus runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Why does caramel taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the box mod units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the caramel blend itself harsh.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On caramel the budget price and the premium price can sit within €3.12 per 10 ml once 4–8 business days is counted.
How much does a box mod cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Cyprus: about €3.12 per 10 ml liquid plus €59 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
