What the label on Caramel is allowed to say
There is no single best way to buy E-Cigarette in Cyprus. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
We run caramel the same way in Cyprus: same 60 ml bottle, same 8 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
If you only read one line: the 60 ml bottle you buy decides how long caramel tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a caramel 60 ml bottle really costs in Cyprus
A caramel 60 ml bottle from the bulk options in Cyprus costs about €2.33 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested caramel in a 60 ml bottle
- Pick the 60 ml bottle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Cyprus, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a 60 ml bottle arrives sealed but wrong.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Cyprus, not a suggestion.
- Spare parts availability for 60 ml bottle in Cyprus, since tanks and pods go first.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where caramel goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest 60 ml bottle available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Chasing a discount on a 60 ml bottle that then needs an adapter nobody in Cyprus stocks.
- Ignoring the batch date on a 60 ml bottle and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
The rules that apply here
Cyprus applies EU TPD plus a consumption tax on e-liquid volume.
Retail sales in Cyprus sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On caramel the budget price and the premium price can sit within €2.33 per 10 ml once 4–8 business days is counted.
How much does a 60 ml bottle cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Cyprus: about €2.33 per 10 ml liquid plus €45 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Why does caramel taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the 60 ml bottle units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the caramel blend itself harsh.
