Caramel 30 ml shortfill E-Cigarette in Cyprus: the order shortlist — Ilektronikosigaretocyprus
Caramel in Cyprus: 24 units tested over 8 weeks, 30 ml shortfill formats, priced per 10 ml for Cyprus.
Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
A caramel 30 ml shortfill from the pre-order options in Cyprus costs about €2.74 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Caramel 30 ml shortfill reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 24 units and 8 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
The short version: caramel in Cyprus works if the 30 ml shortfill, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a caramel 30 ml shortfill really costs in Cyprus
If you are looking at caramel in Cyprus, the first question is not strength. It is whether the 30 ml shortfill you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested caramel in a 30 ml shortfill
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–8 business days.
- Pick the 30 ml shortfill that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Stock depth: 24 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 4–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Batch code and production date, so a caramel bottle turned in 8 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Cyprus, not a suggestion.
Where caramel goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a 30 ml shortfill and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Buying the cheapest 30 ml shortfill available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Treating the advertised €55 entry kit as the real cost when refills run €2.74 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for caramel in Cyprus must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Cyprus applies EU TPD plus a consumption tax on e-liquid volume. Shipping of nicotine to Cyprus runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
Why does caramel taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the 30 ml shortfill units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the caramel blend itself harsh.
Can I order E-Cigarette online in Cyprus?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 4–8 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
What nicotine strength should caramel start at?
Start at whatever Cyprus allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a 30 ml shortfill.
