Caramel 30 ml shortfill E-Cigarette in Cyprus: the cheap shortlist — Ilektronikosigaretocyprus
Caramel in Cyprus: 23 units tested over 7 weeks, 30 ml shortfill formats, priced per 10 ml for Cyprus.
How we tested Caramel 30 ml shortfill here
The honest read on caramel: 23 units through the same routine over 7 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
Caramel in a 30 ml shortfill is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Cyprus the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
Below is the run we did for this search: 23 units, 30 ml shortfill, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a caramel 30 ml shortfill really costs in Cyprus
Ordering into Cyprus usually means waiting 4–8 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
How we tested caramel in a 30 ml shortfill
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–8 business days.
- Pick the 30 ml shortfill that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Spare parts availability for 30 ml shortfill in Cyprus, since tanks and pods go first.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a 30 ml shortfill arrives sealed but wrong.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every caramel bottle shipped into Cyprus.
- Stock depth: 23 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where caramel goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a 30 ml shortfill that then needs an adapter nobody in Cyprus stocks.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Cyprus accept nicotine freight.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Cyprus need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Cyprus applies EU TPD plus a consumption tax on e-liquid volume. Shipping of nicotine to Cyprus runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

| Entry kit | €43 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | €3.23 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should caramel start at?
Start at whatever Cyprus allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a 30 ml shortfill.
How much does a 30 ml shortfill cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Cyprus: about €3.23 per 10 ml liquid plus €43 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Why does caramel taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the 30 ml shortfill units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the caramel blend itself harsh.
