Candy refill pack E-Cigarette in Cyprus: the deals shortlist — Ilektronikosigaretocyprus
Candy in Cyprus: 20 units tested over 2 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for Cyprus.
Delivery, returns and what 4–8 business days really means
Candy refill pack reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 20 units and 2 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
Candy prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Cyprus that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within €2.03 per 10 ml.
The short version: candy in Cyprus works if the refill pack, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a candy refill pack really costs in Cyprus
Ordering into Cyprus usually means waiting 4–8 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
How we tested candy in a refill pack
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Cyprus, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the refill pack that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 4–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Cyprus, not a suggestion.
- Coil type inside the refill pack, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where candy goes wrong
- Treating the advertised €40 entry kit as the real cost when refills run €2.03 per 10 ml.
- Ignoring the batch date on a refill pack and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Chasing a discount on a refill pack that then needs an adapter nobody in Cyprus stocks.
The rules that apply here
Cyprus applies EU TPD plus a consumption tax on e-liquid volume.
Retail sales in Cyprus sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
