Candy pen device E-Cigarette in Cyprus: the best shortlist — Ilektronikosigaretocyprus
Candy in Cyprus: 18 units tested over 3 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Cyprus.
How we tested Candy pen device here
The honest read on candy: 18 units through the same routine over 3 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
Candy pen device reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 18 units and 3 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
Below is the run we did for this search: 18 units, pen device, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a candy pen device really costs in Cyprus
We run candy the same way in Cyprus: same pen device, same 3 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested candy in a pen device
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Cyprus, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Stock depth: 18 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Coil type inside the pen device, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a pen device arrives sealed but wrong.
Where candy goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a pen device that then needs an adapter nobody in Cyprus stocks.
- Buying the cheapest pen device available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Treating the advertised €48 entry kit as the real cost when refills run €2.82 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Cyprus applies EU TPD plus a consumption tax on e-liquid volume.
Retail sales in Cyprus sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
