Blackcurrant pen device E-Cigarette in Cyprus: the budget shortlist — Ilektronikosigaretocyprus
Blackcurrant in Cyprus: 7 units tested over 7 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Cyprus.
Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
The honest read on blackcurrant: 7 units through the same routine over 7 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
There is no single best way to buy E-Cigarette in Cyprus. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
The short version: blackcurrant in Cyprus works if the pen device, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a blackcurrant pen device really costs in Cyprus
Blackcurrant pen device reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 7 units and 7 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested blackcurrant in a pen device
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–8 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Cyprus, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 4–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Spare parts availability for pen device in Cyprus, since tanks and pods go first.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a pen device arrives sealed but wrong.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every blackcurrant bottle shipped into Cyprus.
Where blackcurrant goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest pen device available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Cyprus accept nicotine freight.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
The rules that apply here
Cyprus applies EU TPD plus a consumption tax on e-liquid volume. Shipping of nicotine to Cyprus runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

On the last run in Cyprus: about €3.22 per 10 ml liquid plus €54 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.

Not automatically. On blackcurrant the budget price and the premium price can sit within €3.22 per 10 ml once 4–8 business days is counted.
What nicotine strength should blackcurrant start at?
Start at whatever Cyprus allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a pen device.
